For me, it's not that important if I love the person, & he's loving in return. Sounds terrible to say, but if the woman can finish, even if you can't, she'd be happy for herself but feel bad for you.
I suppose it may depend on your age & the age of the woman involved. If you're young, too many young women still look at physical appearances a fair amount. Hopefully, after a woman's older & experienced, it's the personality of the man that means far more than appearance.
