I'm thinking about asking my doctor to augment the prozac with Wellbutrin. I've read some stuff about it and it seems like a good combo.

> I am on both drugs now and a lot of other things. Possibly the best question to ask your doc first of all is WHAT IS MY DIAGNOSIS ? A lot of them don't want to tell you (its the old self fullfilling prophecy theory-the answer is important, I have been treated for Unipolar Major Depression for 30 years, recently DX Bipolar II) find out and save yourself a lot of grief.

> Both Prozac and Wellbutrin are VERY GOOD choices, alone or togeather. They have the important advantage of having a mild withdrawal profile if you have to get off them for any reason. Both are a bit energizing so insomnia can be a bit of a problem early on. If there is any possibility you have Bipolar Disorder mood stablizers (Lithum, Depakote) are important.
