omegabrite vs. fish oil success?

Posted by andys on November 29, 2001, at 10:46:44

I just recently quit Omegabrite, after a year at the full (10 capsules a day) dose, due to no benefit. I have seen many accolades on the internet about Omegabrite, but no messages about success stories. Has anyone gotten results (for bipolar or depression) on either Omegabrite or generic fish oil?
By the way, if you don't know, Omegabrite was developed after the successful trial by Dr. Stohl on the benefits of fish oil, for bipolar patients.
(p.s.- it concerned me a little that Dr. Stohl's wife has an ownership in the Omegabrite company. Although he has the integrity to mention it in his book, it seems like a conflict of interest to me. (Although it may have been out of necessity, because hs said he approached various companies, to develop an optimal product, but nobody was interested.
