Big breakfast, good lunch, SMALL dinner, 2 daily snacks.
Good for you on the exercise. Well done!!
The walking is a good start. Are you doing any strength exercises?

Chris is right, you have to eat smarter. Try to avoid foods that take a long time to metabolize in your system. I eat a very light breakfast, usually skip lunch and try to eat a healthy dinner. I also do a lot of walking in my job and try to make sure that I take a walk every night after dinner. Exercise is important. I've managed to lose about 20 lbs in the last 5 weeks.
