Hi Scott...
Could it be because you start with a low dosage? As you know it is sedative on 15-30mg. When you raise the dosage perhapes it works better. Don´t take it to late at night.
Are you taking other meds at night?
By the way Scott. Since you are so well informed. Have you heard or read someting about Remeron can makes troath infections more common, without any change in serum, with blood cells etc..?
