Starting Topomax -- PLEASE respond

I am starting Topomax today,as a possible way to lose weight on lithium, and as a new treatment for my seizure disorder. I have absolutely NO idea what the side effects are, and whether they are passing or long term. I would really, really appreciate some feedback on this drug. I literally don't know what to expect; compared to some of the anticonvulsants I've taken, the side effects seem slightly fewer in number. What have people experienced?
