Janelle,
Your doses do seem very low but Sal's recommendations are too high for some people including me. I didn't know they made any dosage less than 25mg. Is that only available in the sample starter packs? Are you outside the US?

I'm just guessing here but I suspect that when doctors prescribe Lamictal for epilepsy or bipolar they may feel that they need to rush the dosage up faster than for depression.

Also keep in mind that you may be able to increase your dose by larger amounts each time.
