You are taking it for panic right? Well, are your panic attacks being controlled? If yes, I would try dropping the dose down to a maintenance dose and see if you can still control the panic without being so grouchy. I just take 12.5mg Zoloft a day + 1.0mg Klonopin and I am panic free.
Oh, just an FYI, but Klonopin *can* cause grouchiness in people. Try skipping a Zoloft dose *one* day and see if you notice markedly less grouchiness. If so-then it is probably the Z. Here is another FYI-I have found Celexa didn't cause any grouchiness-but it didn't work as well for panic, though. OH well.
