I for one have been eating less, but sleeping more, although i'm not less active than before. I'm in a physically demanding job now, but i've still gained about 3 pounds in a month, which isn't actually that bad, considering some of the horror stories....

I am wondering if this is because I adhere to a good diet and run about 5 miles a day. I asked my doctor if it's possible that weight gain is a side effect whether or not you increase your food intake, and he said he didn't know, although it might be possible that SSRIs do "something" that changes the metabolism such that weight gain can occur even without a change in eating or exercise.
