No. Bipolar disorder always requires the presence of manias or hypomanias.

It sounds like an anxiety disorder, if anything. A lot of people have anergia and poor concentration related to anxiety.

Gabitril (tiagabine) is a GABA reuptake inhibitor. I would expect it to be helpful for anxiety.

Have you ever taken benzodiazepines -- Valium, Xanax, Klonopin, etc.?
