Should I take Celexa?

Iam going on celexa soon, and I want to know if its a safe drug. I was anxious on prozac- though anxious before it- and am afraid. What kind of side effects should i expect? My shrink says that its good for anxiety disorder. Is this true? I suffer from both, depression and anxiety.
