Does OCD really take longer to

"Generally, these medications have no stimulating effect on people who are not experiencing depression."
I found this on the EFFEXOR website. Is this true? I am on Clomipramine (generic version by APO), I think it is a Tricyclic Antidepressant (TCA).

I have been diagnosed with OCD symptoms, dysthymia, an anxiety disorder (i.e. a social/panic disorder).
