Hi.
You may want to look into Luvox (fluvoxamine), an SSRI. Its official indication is for OCD, but it is also an effective antidepressant. Perhaps this one drug would optimize your regimen. If the OCD is adequately addressed by Luvox, but depression remains, you have a plethora of alternatives to augment it with other drugs. Serzone comes to mind based upon some people's experience here.

I recently ( gradually inscreased for 4 weeks) switched to Prozac 40 mg. How long could it take for me to feel results for my OCD. THe depression is better but not the OCD. This week I was also prescribed Buspar. Everyone who posts seems to have more knowledge than the doctors I go to. Thank you for you help with this.
