cocaine from insulin?

hey, my friend who is a major coke head came up to me after he had heard i had become a diabetic, he told me he wanted to buy insulin off me
when i asked why he said that you could make cocaine out of it, after hearing this i immediately refused to sell it to him, but is this true can you make cocaine out of insulin?
