Hi Elizabeth,

I imagine you have already considered it, but it might prove informative to see what naltrexone does for you. I know this sounds counterintuitive at first given your response to the agonists, but perhaps some latent compensatory reregulation of opioid receptor dynamics might produce a more stable "paradoxical" effect.

If I remember, you have already tried this. Yes?
