> Recently, my aunt overdosed on lithium. The doctors told us that your Li blood level is suposed to be between a .5 & 1. Her level when they brought her in was a 9. I dont know for sure what she was diagnosed with, but I do know that she exhibited signs of depression. Right now my aunt is in a coma, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about lithium, it's side affects, long term affects of the over dose, anything and everything would be very useful.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. I sure feel for you. And your Aunt. It's bad enough having signs of depression. But then, something like this on top of it!?! Yikes.I wish I had some knowledge about Lithium to share. My hopes and best wishes are with you and your Aunt for a speedy recovery. Please let us know how it's going.
