I noticed that when I increased the wellbutrin to 300mg, I became extremely irritable. Alsmost everything and everybody pissed me right off. Eventually, I will try to increase the wellbutrin again for it's activating effects. This time around though, I might go up in 75mg increments every week to lessen the irritability.
Like I said, the wellbutrin deletes any sexual dysfunction caused by zoloft (100mg). I have recently added 100mg of trazadone to sleep and I have noticed that my libido has diminished some what. So I think the 300mg wellbutrin could even things out for me again.
I really like the drug cocktail I am on right now. I began taking the zoloft for anxiety and depression. The zoloft caused some sexual dysfunction, so I added the wellbutrin, problem solved. The combination of zoloft and wellbutrin caused some insomnia, so I added the trazadone and once again, problem solved. The trazadone has caused a little bit of a problem in the libido department, therefore I will up the wellbutrin and the result will be....problem solved.
