Your last answer is probably the best one. Obviously
I had no qualms about it because here I am, registered
and all! All I'm saying is that it is not a panacea
for discouraging or eliminating abuse.Question re: proxies, chained proxies, etc
Up until about a month or so ago,I thought using
the above would mask the originating ISP, but
then I found a site that nailed me _almost_ every
time I tested it using different proxies & chains.Is this capability relatively new?
What about the sites that allow you to email or
post to newsgroups annonymously? Or the remailers?They claim the originating ISP address is wiped clean.
Is it?Have you played around with some of the PGPs?
