Loss of appettite with Paxil

I started taken 10mg of Paxil one week ago and I am now up to 30mg. I have the usual side effects of dry mouth, some nausua at first but no more. I also have no desire to eat. People say that there is a great chance of weight gain on paxil but I can't see it happening to me. Has anyone else had a loss of appetite when they started Paxil and how long does it last?
