> Anna,
If I remember right you've been through a laundry list of med.s. The ones that have worked for you, you have responded to very quickly but the meds pooped out soon after. As you see it, for this and other reasons, you believe there is a good chance that you are bipolar. However you won't take mood stabilizers because you are concerned about weight gain. You tried lamictal, but it gave you a rash.>
I hear you when you say you are not getting good health care. I sympathize with you. I know it must be so frustrating. However I think you do need to find good health care. Someone who understands what is causing the chest pain. Someone who can, if you are bipolar, find effective mood stabilizers for you that also meet your other needs.
> Don't you think if it was that easy, I would find help a long time ago?
I don't want to be someone that leads you away from competent guidance. It is out there.>> That totally sounds like not you, Andrew.
If you don't want to help another suffering human being that's fine.
I'm usually very loyal to medications that work, and don't change them if I don't need them.
I found you, however, experimenting with all kinds of drugs and changing then constantly.
And now, you tell me that the help is out there. But you know its'not.
Although, in one of your posts I found you complaining about shrinks.
As someone already said : "They know more, we care more".Again, thank you for helping me. I need to go now. Bye!
