A combo approach might be a good one, because apparently serzone tones down the overly activating effects of the "bad" serotonin that is increased along with the "good" serotonin by the SSRIs. Forgive my ultra-scientific lingo here. I'll leave the more accurate explanations to the members of this board who really know their neurotransmitters and receptors.
