Heya, Carol Ann,
What an incredibly neato dream! I shouldn't let the fact that I am really inclined to believe in reincarnation color my enthusiasm, but it's too late. hahaha. Did you ever read a book called "Many Lives, Many Masters" by Brian Weiss? He is a very traditional and very skeptical psych who unwittingly led one of his patients into hypnosis and numerous past life experiences. By the time he was through, he was no longer a skeptic. Very fascinating and very inspiring. The woman he treats supposedly consulted "spirit guides" in between the past lives and relates their wisdom while under hypnosis. The kind of state that you sort of dreamed about. Check out the book, it's a great read.Aside from my enthusiasm about reincarnation, I am also a big fan of dreams. They really are expressions of your unconcious, and can be great tools in understanding your unconcious motives. Some of my greatest personal growth can be attributed to a dream I was not only blessed to have, but also blessed to be able to interpret accurately enough. It was about a year ago, and to this day I still find new meaning in that dream. You're really lucky to have such a vivid dream life! Seize those images and figure out the symbolism. Keep a dream journal, and get a book or a person to help you interpret them. Personally, I don't keep a journal, but I know a symbol-loaded dream when I have one and they usually stick in my head.
If you don't mind, I would like to add my own humble interpretation of your dream, but only if you respond and tell me you would like it. Dream on! Sending lots of love.
