I think stripping in public ONCE would warrant a fast phone call to the pdoc. I'm curious, though - what exactly do you mean you "stripped in public?" Choreographed stripping? In front of a crowd?
Have you ever been prescribed a mood stabilizer in addition to your AD? I'm no expert but I am bipolar myself and it sounds as if it may be in order.
