Get included in a book (must be under 30)

Hello all. I'm a 23 year-old college student. I have a literary agent and am preparing a proposal for a book about the experiences of young people who have had depression and the ways they've dealt with it or are dealing with it. You have to be between the ages of 16 and 30. For your experiences to be included, you'd have to sign a release form, which I would email to you to print, sign, and mail to me. If I decide to include your entry when the book's finished, I'll pay you $50. Please reply to my email address directly, and keep the response to 600 words or less. Email me even if you're just interested, or to tell me you're going to write something. Thanks.
