For about 2 weeks, I've been taking lecithin (4 to 6 tablespoons twice daily). I've had noticeable positive results in clarity of thinking, calmness, and possibly some AD effect.
Previously (for 2 weeks) was using liquid choline plus inositol powder, with similar results, but too much GI discomfort.
