Consult your doctor regarding the effects while pregnant. I am on my 8th day without Effexor and am feeling about 5% better each day. It's very slow and I would suggest slowly reducing the dozage if at all possible given the pregnancy. Stopping ubruptly can make it worse. All the symptoms of withdrawl you described were similar to what I felt too.

It has been 5 days and I have a throbbing head ache, I feel dizzy, everything is constantly spinning, and I feel nausiated. I believe this is all because I quit the Effexor. Is there anything I can do? If not, how long will it last?
