Temazepam or Klonopin for Insomnia?

Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences in using either of these drugs for insomnia? I have been using Temazapam for years and I feel as if I am building a tolerance to it. It takes about 3 hours after I take it to get to sleep? Is Klonopin better?
