I think you need to collect your essays and publish them--you have a unique and wonderful voice!
You mentioned pectus excavatum, which I hadn't heard of before, but I just spent a few minutes reading about it online. I hadn't known that about you and hadn't known about PE. Is your experience with it something you want to tell us more about?
I miss you 'round these parts. So, no pressure, but I love seeing you when you do stop by.
