I would have a business in which several people and I would decide, each day, how to distribute vast sums of money to the needy. We would all be quite well off ourselves, and the benefits at my business would be the best that could be found; no need would go unmet, and if not covered by 'official' benefits would be covered by the company which would also have onsite daycare and a movie theatre (no hot dogs or nachos served), and an onsite gym, for those who are addicted to health.
There would be no tolerance for unethical behavior, or sniping, harassing (in any way) of coworkers, and no need to bring lunch, because there would be three lunch rooms: one for women, one for men, and one for everybody. Lunch would be free, as would breakfast.
As I entered the office everyday at 9:30 a.m. (the usual start time), I would be wearing flowing silk clothes in beautiful vibrant colors, as I exited the elevator to our floor, and entered the office, everybody would turn around and smile real big, and applaud lightly because they loved me so much and love their jobs so much.
I would then enter my corner office, and turn on my cappucino machine, and look over my messages for the day. The staff would enter for the morning meeting to update me and each other on what they had going. Ideas, suggestions
............wait, I have to go to my moms now, I'll finish this later. But, it sounds great doesn't it?
