Merry Christmas everyone. It's great to see some favorite faces around here.
Noa - I've missed you. Do you know that you were the first person ever to 'talk' to me on PB?
Shar - Do you remember how I thought that you were around my age (early 20s), and my surprise (and embarassment) to discover you weren't. Then someone, Noa I think, pointed out it was a compliment to both of us?
Deb - how's the weather your way? It was a very cold Christmas here, it even rained a little.
Personal Update: I spoke to my Dad and refused to give up my car. We came to a deal, and decided the car would go, and my parents would get me another one. Dad then changed his mind, so I still have my car. Found out some awful stuff, like my Dad's boss threatened to shoot him in March this year, and other stuff that I really wish I could talk about with people but would be too dangerous legally. I've been told stuff 1:1 that I shouldn't have to deal with, and I can't even share it with someone. Grr...
Anyway, I'm now alone, at my parents house. Parents away for a week, and my sister is gone for a few days, so I have the house to myself.
Had really odd, scary dreams last night. Stressing about what to do next year. Realising I've been out of school for almost 5 years now, and have nothing to show for it, and seem to be completely unemployable. Too experienced for this job, too young for that job, too old for this job, too unqualified for that job...
Worry worry worry...
