Hey, Phil. Hope you're feeling a bit better than you were a few days ago.
I can relate to that frustration. Sometimes it's important to take care of yourself first--someone here used the analogy once of the oxygen mask on the airplane--gotta put your own on first if you are to be of any help to others.
If you gotta pull back from responding to people who seem to be rejecting the help, then pull back. But like Shar said--it doesn't mean that what you offered was of no value. If nothing else, there are probably other people reading who never chime in who benefit from what you've said.
