Thanks, Judy.
I am better, and I think it was rather cathartic to spend the day in tears. At the very least, I had a real reason to be in tears, which made me less worried about spending the day that way.
Plus, I took a nap, and naps after a lot of crying are a pleasure, to me.
We are an odd lot here, aren't we? 8-)
