I am really worried about her, I want to call her, but not sure if she would want me to, I am in not a great place mentally myself and wouldn' t want her to feel worse.

Had a b-mail from her yesterday. she struggling. her T was to check on her. she got a good T. She thot she might go to hosp for a bit.
Thats all I know.
We can pray to our individual higher powers for her.
To protect her and help her not be scared.

I talked to her just before her therapy appointment. It sounded likely that she would go to the hospital.

Thanks Fallsfall for letting me know. I have been getting these weird private calls on my cell, but I am afraid to answer them. I hope she is okay. I am really worried about her, she is someone I know,I stayed at her appartment, and it makes me so sad, like I should have been able to do something. But I don't know maybe talking to me lately would have made it worse, since I am kinda depressed. I am overeating my weight watchers desserts, I need to calm down. Maybe I should try calling her, even if I can't do much to help. I am going to try it now, I will let you know how she is doing.

I called her just now, and left a really dumb sounding voice mail, but I was nervous. I hope she is okay, it is kinda freaking me out.

HF, I'm sure Llurpy gonna be OK. She just having a hard time at this time. Don't be too freaked. She just had a lot of stuff piled on her, her dumb T went away, she been working way too hard on diss. It had to stop. So I hope she's having a stay in hosp.
She got a good T watching out for her. Good P-doc, hubby.
It'll be OK.

It's good to be someplace safe while they stabilize the medications and help you get some healthy and restorative sleep.

Hi You guys,
I'm so touched that you were so worried about me. It really warms my heart.I ended up spending 4 nights in the psych ward where I got my head screwed back on right.
I'll post more later. for now I sleep a bit.
part of my discharge plan was that I clean up my bedroom to make it a safe place. I have done that now and removed all traces of medication and crazy llurpsie paraphenalia.
I discovered that my talent for drawing and painting from my teenage years is still alive and well. so one of my corners of my bedroom is now dedicated to these nice coloring books and markers I bought while waiting for my Rx to be refilled.
I post more later I promise.
I got all of your messages and not a single one of them was dumb-sounding. and they were all very thoughtful.
now I go rest.
