Hi You guys,
I'm so touched that you were so worried about me. It really warms my heart.I ended up spending 4 nights in the psych ward where I got my head screwed back on right.
I'll post more later. for now I sleep a bit.
part of my discharge plan was that I clean up my bedroom to make it a safe place. I have done that now and removed all traces of medication and crazy llurpsie paraphenalia.
I discovered that my talent for drawing and painting from my teenage years is still alive and well. so one of my corners of my bedroom is now dedicated to these nice coloring books and markers I bought while waiting for my Rx to be refilled.
I post more later I promise.
I got all of your messages and not a single one of them was dumb-sounding. and they were all very thoughtful.
now I go rest.
