aw. it's just a 'pricing update' is all.
when they advertise a 1 year research masters qualification and they demand that you re-enrol and continue to labor (paying more fees for more enrolment) it is just a 'pricing update'.

what i genuinely don't understand...
is that if you pay the bribe. say... you pay the bribe during the admissions process. say, you pay the bribe there. so that they offer you enrolment rather than somebody else.
but why would they? why wouldn't they just take the money and then not do what they were supposed to do in exhange for the money? i mean... what are you going to do about it? take them to court for the fact that they didn't fulfil their promise to you to give you sometihng in exhange for your paying them a bribe?
they have shown themselves to be corrupt.. so...
even if you pay five thousand to 'university tutoring services' as some kind of insurnace that the university won't use their discretion that they supposedly have to fail you if they find a typographical error (apparently if your thesis is 'not acceptable in it's present state' that is grounds they have to fail it so they actually think they have discretion to fail you from the university if they find so much as a typo or a missing comma or sometihng like that -- with increasing amounts of discretion)...
i mean...
the entire thing is just a scam.
a hoax.
even if they give you the ceremony and say you are a graduate...
did you know that new zealand university qualifications, now, have this online record keeping thing. what happens is that your prospective employer puts in a request to see your academic transcript.
at which point the university decides what information they will give your prospective employer.
i mean, i guess what information they give is information basically saying 'hands of! our slave!' so that's where they say they never heard of you. or they say you are a cheater. or they say.. whatever they want.
i guess you are supposed to keep paying the univesrity -- otherwise why would htey acknowledge that you even went there at all? they can just say that you were tresspassing is all. just deny they know you at all.
and then the government could just lock you up, anyway. just send whoever around to pick you up and throw you in prison.
i mean... why not. if htey feel like it. right? who is going ot stop them? who and who'se army?

just stay home everybody. new zealand isn't going to enrol, train, graduate, employ anybody to do clinical work. so y'all just have to stay home because there isn't a health system and there isn't any healthcare.
before there was covid the hospitals were overwhelmed with respiratory syncitial virus in children.
it's a virus that makes the lung cells not very functional so the kids sort of get oxygen deprived because they can't get oxygen in and carbon dioxide cleared.
but we don't seem to have any cases of that, now, we have covid.
right.
sure.
what's in common is that we won't pay people to do clinical work. that's what's common.
because we don't actually want people to live.
that's what's common
because it's sooooooo cmopetitive. p eople are supposed to die. hand over their stuff and die.
so what sense can there be in a public health system?
and when it comes to education... well... there's a sweepstakes every year as people bet on how many kids will die during orientation week.
and i bet christchurch got special kudos mention in the education awards for successfully arranging for an untiemly death for someone who... likely would have had the capacity and even willingness to do IT work. because, you know.. i t's soooo competitive and there must never be enough people with the capacity to do IT work to be paid to do IT work...

and the universities, too. how they must not have regular assesments how they must not attempt to contact or flag for follow up any studnets who arene't engaging in the classes for which...
well... he set everything up on auto payments and then he disappeared.

get teh studnets setting up regular auto payments to the university and then they vanish. disappear.
never stop paying the univesrity...
never stop paying the new zealand government!
so that it can ensure that the peope of new zealdn have none of the first world social services that other nations have.
none of the access to developed world medications.
none of the access to quality schools.
all of the basic principles of education and health etc... and constant changes constant changes constant changes to ensure that teh most basic things are NEVER done. NEVER.
they know full well what they are doing.
it isnt' that they are incompetent as they pretend to be.
they are very successful in their primary aim or goal of getting as much oney out as quickly as they can with the additional bonus of destroying the environment for everybody else.

they find themselves in a position whereby they take vastly more money than they ever could have dreamed... for so many more years than they even dreamed...
i mean...
who would have thought that kathy... whats her name... paid some rediculous amount of money supposedly to go to dunedin and whistleblow how it was they kept hemorraging money while not providing any of the clinical services and not doing any of hte building upkeep and hemorragin gmoney while shutting down most of the hospital in the name of 'we opened a wall and (predicatably) found asbestos'...
that she'd still be there.
with pay-rise, even.

and they are, of course, getting busy writing national regulations or policy so that they are allowed to contaminate the water with lead and so on...
i mean, they don't do any of the regular testing they are supposed to do...
they will do all of what they know...
'hey, let's poison the water with bursts... like how hormone levels... and you can't really measure some things meaningfully becacause levels fluctuate... let's put bursts through so tha we create both deficiency toxity and poisoning toxicity at hte same time while masking it by taking averages'

when the symptoms of toxity and deprivation are broadly the same.
like fluoride in the water.
mottling of teeth. discoloration.
of course the real reason why you want to take peope's' teeth is becuase of hte utility in identification.
you want their teeth... the poor people and the prisoners etc.
that's what the nazis did. right? you want the teeth.
hair is also difficult to deal with. i guess that's why prisoners and army etc get their head shaved.
