aw. it's just a 'pricing update' is all.
when they advertise a 1 year research masters qualification and they demand that you re-enrol and continue to labor (paying more fees for more enrolment) it is just a 'pricing update'.

what i genuinely don't understand...
is that if you pay the bribe. say... you pay the bribe during the admissions process. say, you pay the bribe there. so that they offer you enrolment rather than somebody else.
but why would they? why wouldn't they just take the money and then not do what they were supposed to do in exhange for the money? i mean... what are you going to do about it? take them to court for the fact that they didn't fulfil their promise to you to give you sometihng in exhange for your paying them a bribe?
they have shown themselves to be corrupt.. so...
even if you pay five thousand to 'university tutoring services' as some kind of insurnace that the university won't use their discretion that they supposedly have to fail you if they find a typographical error (apparently if your thesis is 'not acceptable in it's present state' that is grounds they have to fail it so they actually think they have discretion to fail you from the university if they find so much as a typo or a missing comma or sometihng like that -- with increasing amounts of discretion)...
i mean...
the entire thing is just a scam.
a hoax.
even if they give you the ceremony and say you are a graduate...
did you know that new zealand university qualifications, now, have this online record keeping thing. what happens is that your prospective employer puts in a request to see your academic transcript.
at which point the university decides what information they will give your prospective employer.
i mean, i guess what information they give is information basically saying 'hands of! our slave!' so that's where they say they never heard of you. or they say you are a cheater. or they say.. whatever they want.
i guess you are supposed to keep paying the univesrity -- otherwise why would htey acknowledge that you even went there at all? they can just say that you were tresspassing is all. just deny they know you at all.
and then the government could just lock you up, anyway. just send whoever around to pick you up and throw you in prison.
i mean... why not. if htey feel like it. right? who is going ot stop them? who and who'se army?
