they can't do it forever.

the court of appeal will need to let me know, soon. what they are going to do.

are they going to pretend they don't have the capacity for LSAT 101 reasoning? is that the decision that the new zealand court of appeal is going to make?

or are they going to consider the appeal.

5 justices please. on the grounds that they incriminate themselves with the judgements they make. their judgements say more about them than their judgements say about me. that's been the situation thus far.

let them incriminate themselves if that's the route they want to go down.

it's really getting to the point of the entire administration showing themselves to be irrevokably, irredemably corrupt.

i mean... how many people have been implicated?

has there been a glimier of competence? to follow along the reasoning 101?

a glimmer of fairness? a glimmer of justice? a glimmer of try?

otago will only process applications of children.
the whole pedophile thing.

to have them believe they are dispensible.
so they follow instructions.

whether it be to get naked for second year law camp (for the amusement of faculty present)

or...

yeah.

they gave him a promotion. he's now a professor in Auckland, i believe.

his reward for keeping law camp jolly (teaching the kiddies their place) for years and years and years and years and years and years and years...

all just fun and games

say the bully children of the bully boys

all just fun and games

and the vice chancellor wants to fine the children for piling rubbish up on their front sections.

she doesn't like the slummy slummy slum look, anymore.

maybe the children pile rubbish and create slummy slummy slum because they aren't happy.

they aren't happy in their frozen apartments with no heat.

they aren't happy learning they've been set up to fail in the courses you took their money from them in order for them to be enrolled in.

the point where they realise that they've been set up to fail.

enrolled for their money. it been conned out of them for joining all these clubs in orientation week...

the temporary boost to the economy of dunedin.

for alcohol and rubbish. rubbish rubbish rubbish crap.

it's sh*t. they say.

the children.

it's sh*t.

and the vice chancellor believes she has the right to go into their houses and take their drug paraphanalia that they display in their windows.

to express their unhappiness, really.

they have to sell drugs because they don't have enough money to get by within the law.

i mean...

what did you think was going to happen?

love what you've done with the place...

violating the rights of...

children?
adults?

they are children when you want to go onto their propery and force them to comply with your will.

they are adults when you take their money and charge them and set them up for a lifetime of debt.

right?

why did you leave america harlene hayes?

couldn't get ahead there?

you were a psychology person... so you probably know all about techniques of psychological oppression and torture... you seem to have employed them rather strategically over the years to keep the population of dunedin suitably oppressed...

afraid.

cold. not just the temperature...

dementors cold.

the drunken children's accidents fueling your ER...

refusal to hire 3 neurosurgeons. only ever 1 who nobody else will work with.

refusal to hire people to remove cancers. refusal. refusal. refusal. refusal. refusal.

refusal to spend the money on what the money's supposed to be spent on.

refusal.

refusal to sign yoru graduate studnets off.

where are the theses???

where are they????

where did they go??? all the studnets work, where is it???

underproductive. so...

i don't know if australia actually wants her to be vc at curtain to somehow keep that university suitably oppressed...

maybe there is a lot of corruption with the mining...

wanting to ensure australia doesn't develop much in the way of capacity for manufacturing...

i see why you might want to stabotage and undermine a nations attempts to develop technology and so on...

when they are very corrupt. morally backwards. it would be irresponsible to teach them anything. keepign things... noisy... is a defence, i suppose. from having to worry what they'll do with power. i mean... look at wha tthey do with the power they have got.

look at what the health leaders have done with the new zealadn health system.
with the power they had.
all that money... what they chos eto spend all tha tmoney on...

why would you give them more???

they won't invest in training a workforce.

they just want cheap cheap cheap and the appearance or illusion of...

cheap cheap cheap.

i mean... that's what you really need to know about statistics in new zealand:

they start by cleaning their data.

that is to say they get rid of data points they don't like and they make up data points they do like.

and anything that builds upon that foundation is garbage garbage garbage.

complete waste of time.

so any statistical analysis...

____________

psychology 101: correlation doesn't prove causation.
the coroner says: 'there isn't any proof that smoking causes cancer'
i mean...

'there isn't anhy proof that asbestos exposure causes cancer'
'there isnt' any poof that that medication causes death'
'there isn't any proof that any government department or agency is implicated in anything at all that might lead to them being responsible and needing to cover costs in any way'
'there isn't anything that could establish that of the new zealand government'
'by definition they are above the law'

that's what the coroner is paid half a million of dollars per year to say.

it's been decided before they've even begun the investigation.

that's the interesting thing you see when you file one case
another case
another case

you see the template in their responses.

the little phrases that are the same for every filing.

'you are ineligible because you are the wrong kind of thing to be eligible'

'your applciation for food has been declined because food is not a necessary need'

that kind of garbelled garbage output.

that no international tribunal would find plausible at all.

just over and over and over and over and over the garbelled incoherent ravings of lunacy...

the lengths they got to to cling ot their money.

so there's an article about how psychiatrists get to work with the worst of the criminal offenders. real minds of the psychopaths.

yes. they do.

the senior medical peopel. not the criminals lol. the criminals are locked up because they are the ones who would dole out justice to pedophiles.

the pedophiles keep them locked up.

new zealand: Best country in teh world in which to be a pedophile.

and the cameras will go up.

and they won't be able to say 'suicide suicide suicide' anymore.

because it's be there on tv.

stored not by a new zealand company (we don't have the capacity to do that for obvious reasons)

stored not by an australian company (they also don't have the capacity to do that for obvious reasons)

...

for the international courts and tribunals to see.

...

and then we'll know.

what's going on.

if the international tribunals and courts are fill of...

people.

i miss those.

people.

who say sensible things.

things that are good and kind.

things that are intelligent.

insightful.

...

the dementors of new zealand SQUAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWK to keep their money.

hey.

ffs.

the real thing with the courts is that they refuse to allow you to keep things simple.

they won't accept the filings.

there are little phrases. that get pulled out every time.

that they don't need to answer to a simple statement of claim on the grounds that it is simple.

they require it to be complicated enough to take up xxxxxxx amount of the courts time.

the goal isn't timely justice at all. the goal is to unnecessarily confuse things.

the goal is to create confusion. the goal is to create delay and obstruction. the goal is to create unnecessary work. the goal is to fill the courts to the brim so that the courts are overflowing with unnecessary work so that there isn't anything left for the timely prosecution of pedophiles.

file a statement of claim. judge says to refile it. refile the statement of claim. judge says to refile it. you need to work under the instructin of the judge.

gee.. it's starting to look like writing a thesis for a supervisor in new zealand.

you gotta pay the bribe. those court fees. you gotta pay security to the court. you gotta pay the court for a finding in your favor. you gotta pay you gotta pay you gotta pay the court.

the game is to deliver favorable outcome to the person who pays the most.

for the financial benefit of the court.

clearly. they are supposed to make money. right? they're run likea business - right? the judiciary. that's what they are there for? right. same as the health system adn the welfare system and the education system and all the other social services systems of new zealanad. all working under the same business model to make as much money for the new zealand government as they can. particularly to keep the poor people poor. never paid. unemployed. not woring. not productive. if they insist upon justice well...

the cameras are going up.

for obvious reasons.

because the new zealand government insists upon throwing money at these tyrants who keep slaves.

wow.

the lengths they go to to make this be the very very best location in the world for pedophiles.

pedophile island.

i mean... the age of consent is 16.

and STILL theres the problem of pedophilia.

you gotta kepe them cold. cold in their beds.

that's why that.

so they voluntarily seek out warm bodies to survive the night.

oh.

they write it up in the new zealand medical journal. how they are required to give cervical examinations to women when they are instructed to by senior medical officers. the students, i mean. sort of 'i need to observe you performing this procedure for you to complete this rotation'. they save the rotation until one of the very last rotations... near the end of the 5th year. sort of 'you have to do this or you won't proceed to your 6th year' sort of an ultimatum.

so there is pressure for the studnet to comply with the medical officer telling them to perform a cervical examination. on a women who is anesthetised on the table for something unrelated. or maybe she's in the process of having a cesarian. or something like that.

so she hasn't consented to been given a cervical examiantion by a studnet. or by more than one student. or by a room full of studnets.

and so the studnets perform the examinations. adn they get signed off.

and apparently in tehir ethics class they are asked to write sort of journal entries about how they felt about giving cervical examiantions to women who hadn't consented to the procedure.

and so over the years they collect these journal entries. and i suppose that that ethics class is also something they are graded on. expected to write.. whatever they are told to write fro that one too, no doubt.

to sort of train them up in the appropriate attitude, i suppose.

they are supposed to be all like...

'oh well in this rotation we did this and we all did that together and that was what we were told to do. and we didn't know that it was wrong. and tehn in our ethics class they told us that the women might not like that. and we never thought of that. but now we feel sad.'

and that's how they teach them ethics. year after year after year after year. and how they teach them to do what they are told. year after year after year. with the cervical exams.

________________

and there's so many other things they could do.
so many other ways of doing it.

actually paying prostitutes to be informed consenting model patients.

that would be one option. if people would agree to be model patients.

perhaps even donating to do cervical examinations and std checks for free for people from the prostitutes collective or something like that. if people would consent to a free health check from a student (where the samples are sent to the lab)...

so many ways you would think of where it could be done responsibly...

teaching respect...

but they intentionally choose to do things poorly, seems to me.

then they insist there is no alternative and force things to stay teh way they've always been.

insist that there was no alternative.

they are not responsible for the things they have done because there was no alterantive.

they lack the capacity to conceive of any other option therefore there was no other option there was no alternative it is their way or the highway they are not interested in developing at all.

____________

just training up the next generation of psychopaths...

and the interview stations are a joke, really... because they just want the youngest widest eyed kids they can get.

and in the ethics station... i think the idea, there, is that they want you to initially start out with the 'unthinking' position. i will call it.

so...

start out saying that you don't see anything wrong with x.

then the interviewer gives you some information about another perspective. particularly one involving taking anothers point of view. a point of view that is not your own. aspects of anothers persepective.

and then you are supposed to go 'ohhhh. i didn't think of that. i didn't think of things that way. well now i change my mind on the basis of new information that you gave me that was not obvious to me. you have taught me something new. i can learn from you. i can make you feel needed and useful.'

thats the test. i think. the ethics station.

that you display the relevant features of the template they want from you.

the template where you look out for your interests because you are number 1.

then when you are called out a bit by someone raising others interests you sort of say 'i never thought of that. now i think of that. sorry'.

i'm trying to understand why i didn't get top marks in the ethics station. i think the problem was i anticipated her end. i mean to say i started where she wanted things to end up only after her instruction.

and things are not allowed to develop. so...

i think (but i'm not sure) that she was the same person who spoke to everyone first day out at Tamaki.

she raised this thing with the entire class about who should have first access to vaccinations...

this idea that as healthcare professionals you have the first access to all of the health things. basically. you can take from what you can opportunistically get your grubby hands on. obviously. vaccinations. kidneys. you get the idea.

it was about whether it was justifyiable to do that.

but really...

what she seemed to be trying ot do...

was to create desire...

she seemed to be informing people that as healthcare professionals one would be in the position to do all that. to take whatever for oneself and / or ones loved ones first.

to see the little eyes light up.

to create that desire.

that seemed to be the point of it.

____________

to justify the way things currently (don't) work within the health system of new zealand, i suppose.

____________

a sort of... litmus test.

you can see if the eyes don't light up with inspiration in the relevant moment.

use that as a 'definate no'
