i think (but i'm not sure) that she was the same person who spoke to everyone first day out at Tamaki.
she raised this thing with the entire class about who should have first access to vaccinations...
this idea that as healthcare professionals you have the first access to all of the health things. basically. you can take from what you can opportunistically get your grubby hands on. obviously. vaccinations. kidneys. you get the idea.
it was about whether it was justifyiable to do that.
but really...
what she seemed to be trying ot do...
was to create desire...
she seemed to be informing people that as healthcare professionals one would be in the position to do all that. to take whatever for oneself and / or ones loved ones first.
to see the little eyes light up.
to create that desire.
that seemed to be the point of it.

to justify the way things currently (don't) work within the health system of new zealand, i suppose.

you can see if the eyes don't light up with inspiration in the relevant moment.
