Hi crushed,
Before we were redirected, I believe we were pondering the question: Do you think Dr. Bob wears pants when he administrates PB? :-p Atticus

I used to practice yoga and one of my exercises was to hold my tongue tip to the top of my mouth palate for a long time. Actually not just hold it but press it into the top.
My tongue was very fatigued for hours. The muscles did get stronger.
I also did an exercise where I would stick my tongue out and point it and sometimes make it curve up to reach the top of my upper lip and hold that.
I can imagine how your tongue must feel.
Mine was wasted.
Jai Narayan the tongue "fit to be" tied

Can anyone else touch their nose with their tongue?

I have my tongue pierced, but the pain then was all my fault!
