Here, at one point, the salmon farms were being fed chook sh*t from farms, which might expalin the antibiotics
Not as bad as the cows being fed ground up dried cow I guess.

You have abstracted what is probably the least representative bit of data in the entire piece. The U.S. EPA maximum of 6 ppb you quote is not supported by even the U.S. FDA, but is certainly challenged by other health organizations.
The authors make multiple related statements that even farmed salmon provides benefits that greatly exceed the risks.

I didn't read closely at all, I have read that farmed salmon has higher amounts of EPA's over wild but I also read the opposite too. I makes sence that farmed contains more EPA but I wouldn't say farmed is beter then wild. The feed used in farmed salmon is contaminated with mercury and pcb's. mercury troubles me cause I eat so much Salmon 5-10 lbs a month.
