I didn't read closely at all, I have read that farmed salmon has higher amounts of EPA's over wild but I also read the opposite too. I makes sence that farmed contains more EPA but I wouldn't say farmed is beter then wild. The feed used in farmed salmon is contaminated with mercury and pcb's. mercury troubles me cause I eat so much Salmon 5-10 lbs a month.
