I've tried vitamin D (400 IU) and it is making me agitated/irritated. Anyone else experienced this?

I just tried 400i.u from fish liver oil for a day or two. I got extremely agitated. I've experienced this before at higher doses (800i.u)as well where it also induced insomnia and worsended my depression. The last time I tried it I was only taking taurine as supplement.

Vitamin D enhances calcium absorption/usage -- the only negative thing about this nutrient, IMO, and this is also the mechanism of toxicity in D overdose. Buffer with magnesium to avoid the effects you describe.
