A few weeks ago, you posted a message in which you mentioned that you take 200 mg of Magnesium at night, I believe. I can't find the post. Which form of Magnesium do you take (citrate, glycinate, or another?). Also, why did you decide on 200 mg? I tend to take 400mg, but I think that might be too much.

I take a jamieson brand which is a combination of a few different forms, (id need to look at the package)
I don't really know how I arrived at 200. Too much makes me low and not enought my nerves go a little loopy.

I take the same one as Linkadge, but I take 600 mg. I just upped until it gave me stomach problems and then brought it down it down until I didn't have any. It does help with my sleep.
