Hi
What are the largest doses of these meds people have taken *legally prescribed* have your Docs put you on these of your own asking? or because they thought it would benefit you?.

> Good Health Allhello there, chemist here....i did a trial with ritalin years and years ago for a very short time and would be fibbing if i stated that i remember the dose. however, i can address the dexedrine part of your question. i have 30 mg/day in divided doses prescribed, although i hardly go above 20 mg/day at times. all the best, chemist

I used to take 60mg of Dexedrine, but thats over a long time of adjusting. Usally they only go up to 40mg for ADHD, and 60mg for Narcolepsy. I only have ADHD. I also did this with adderall, but its not as strong as dexedrine.
Usally dont go that high often, i belive only sometimes when needed, i know how to convice my doc about meds and dosage with out arguing. That's how i tried Miltown too, but that didnt work anyways....

I have been prescribed 100 mg of time released Ritalin/day for a couple years now, along with Cytomel (thyroid) and Provigil. They have only been marginally effective.

I have been scripted 8-10mg IR generic tabs of Ritalin before-usually 70mgs- daily, by my regular Doc.
If you are becoming tolerant to ritalin, perhaps a talk with yr Doc is in order. There are other, perhaps more effective treatments available, ask about them?.
