How much do you think a bushel of corn will cost then since the demand will be higher? This will certainly have an effect at the dinner table as energy does not follow the typical supply/demand principles. We may save a little at the pump, but I believe we will pay dearly for everything else that has corn in it.

one bushel of corn is equivalent to-
5 gal.of propane
3.3 gal. fuel oil
134.3 kwh of electricity
4.58 therms of natural gas

ultrasonic treatment in laboratory experiments has increased corn's release rates of sugars by nearly 30 percent.
