Yup. Time for the year to be over. Luckily, it's not that long. Plus, I bet a lot of it is left-over from your struggles to end with your T. Sometimes the emotions, and exhaustion, from a very intense issue can spill into many areas of life.

It'll be better soon. Just take a deep breath and dive back in.
