Hi Happyflower,

The instructor is a practicing attorney and claims to have taught this class before. I have decided that after the semester is over I am going to email the department head (assuming I can locate him/her, the website doesn't list faculty by department) and let him/her know that this guy is horrible.

To tell you how much I hate the instructor, I don't care if I get a B minus, I just want to be done with his class.
