Accommodations

Posted by Gee on January 26, 2007, at 15:38:30

Okay, so I've posted before about having troubles with accommodations (which you are all entitled to have just by having a documented psychiatric "disorder"... you just need documentation from a pdoc or your t I think...)

But anyways, I have to get my profs to sign a form saying they'll let me write my tests in a seperate room. I have one prof for 2 classes, and I went today to ask her if she would sign the papers, and she asked if I had time to go down to her office and talk with her. And she was so great about it!!!! She said that if I need more time on quizes just to come and see her, and we'll figure something out, and she wanted to know if I was okay with oral presentations and all that fun stuff. This makes up for the few bad experiences I've had with the accommodations advisor.
