i mean, they won't prosecute, so they voided the social contract.
that's what sal khan teaches, over on khan academy.
people give up their freedoms to the government in exhange for the government doing certain things...
the implication being that if the government doesn't uphold it's end of the bargian and do what it's f*ck*ng supposed to do...
then the government has violated the social contract.
individuals take back their freedoms, then.
the government wont' prosecute wrong-doing.
therefore the people have the right to go after those who refuse to do their jobs and get 'em.
i hope david parker goes bye bye because he isnt' willing or able to do his job any more than una jagose.
ashley bloomfield has one job: to declare lockdown in a manner that was lawful.
he got to see most every other developed nation declare lock-down before it was his turn. because of where we were positioned geographically we declared lock-down very early (before cases) when it came to the progression of the disease within this country... but our lock-down was declared temporally AFTER every other f*ck*ng nation. all he had to do was to f*ck*ng FOLLOW ALONG within the laws that there were in nz.
and he couldnt' do it.
he didn't do it.
he wouldnt' do it.
what difference is there?
there were no sanctions for his having volated the laws in teh way or manner in which he went about it.
the judiciary found that...
meh.
ashley can just do whatever he likes.
without any consequences or sanctions at alll.
______
and thus the social contract between teh judicary and the people was broken
