the developed world has had access to the evidence.
the written laws of new zealand governing the public universities of new zealand.
their obligation to process applications to enrol from domestic students who have attained the age of 20 years who are all deemed eligible by statute.
then their refusal to enrol domestic studnets in programmes they have applied to.
then their refusal to get studnets work to external examiners in order to prevent and prohibit the timely completion of the qualification. it is clear that the reason they did not get my work to externals was because they wanted me to 'keep working' and pay them more fees for re-enrolment. they did not get my work to externals because they were afraid the externals would sign off that i had done enough for the qualification and my thesis was to be accepted in fulfilment of regulations for the degree.

they did this to me.
the court process records that they refuse to accept that they did anything wrong in how they treated me. the court records show that they believe they treated me comparably to how they treat all their other graduate research studnets and the university of waikato more in partiuclar treated me comparably to how other universities in new zealnd treat their graduate research students.
that is to say, tehy force things to run over-time in order to colelct up more and more and more fees. they force things to run over-time to delay graduation. they fail students themselves if studnets do not comply with demands for re-enrolment and payment of additional fees etc.
the fact that new zealand universities retain world ranking as universities AFTER publically admitting to these practices...
reflects on universities around the english speaking world.
the fact that teh british and american and australian universities haven't spoken out denouncing these practices tells you everything you need to know about other universities.
namely... there aren't any.
